Payment Policy

  • Tuition: All semester payments are due in full before the first class.

  • Non-refundable: Payments are non-refundable.

  • Payment Methods Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal

  • How to Pay: Payment details will be provided in your welcome email after registration.

Class Details

  • Platform: Classes are held via Zoom, and assignments/materials are managed through Google Classroom.

  • Zoom Link: You will receive one class link after payment; this link is used for the entire school year.

  • Assignment Submission & Grading:

    • Submit writing assignments through Google Classroom at least 2 days before class

    • Only on-time submissions will be edited during the next session

    • Grading follows IEW material recommendations

Required Materials

  • Pencil or pen

  • Computer or laptop

  • Headset or quiet room for clear audio

  • Microphone

  • Working camera (must be on during class)

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Instructor Cancellations:
    If I need to cancel a class for any reason, a make-up session will always be provided.
  • Student Rescheduling Requests:
    Families may schedule up to 2 make-up classes per semester with at least 24 hours’ notice. Make-ups are subject to availability.
  • Late Cancellations & Missed Classes:
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, missed classes, or students who are not present at the scheduled start time are not eligible for a make-up class.
